Driving To Southern Vermont

The Colonel Williams Inn is 9 miles west of Brattleboro, Vermont
on Route 9 (Molly Stark Trail) in the town of Marlboro.
It is about a two hour drive from Logan International Airport in Boston,
1 1/2 hours from the Hartford-Springfield airport.
There is daily AMTrak service to Springfield and Brattleboro.
From Connecticut and Massachusetts
Traveling north on Interstate 91, cross the border into Vermont and take Exit 2, Route 9 West for 9 miles to Marlboro, the Colonel Williams Inn will be on your right. We are approximately 1 1/2 hours from Hartford's Bradley International Airport and just over 2 hours from Logan International Airport in Boston.
From Albany/Schenectady, NY
Traveling East, take New York Route 7 to Vermont Route 9 East through Bennington, Vermont, through Wilmington, Vermont on to Marlboro, the Colonel Williams Inn will be on your left. The Inn is approximately 2 hours from Albany airport.
From New York City and New Jersey: Via the N.Y. Throughway - I-87
Take I-87 North to the south side of Albany N.Y. At exit 23 take I-787 North. After approximately 10 miles take NY Route 7 East (Bennington Exit). Stay on 7 East through Troy and to the NY/VT state line. At this point NY Route 7 East becomes VT Route 9 East. Stay on Route 9 East through Bennington, Vermont and after about 19 miles you will come to the small town of Wilmington, Vermont. Continue on Route 9 East to Marlboro; the Colonel Williams Inn will be on your left.
From Montreal, Quebec and North
Take Route 15 South to I-87 (Northway) in New York. Follow I-87 South to
Latham Exit 7. Take Route 7 East. Stay on 7 East to the NY/VT state line. At this point NY Route 7 East becomes VT Route 9 East. Stay on Route 9 East straight through Bennington, Vermont and after about 19 miles you will pass through the small town of Wilmington. Continue on to Marlboro; the Colonel Williams Inn will be on your left
